Emphasis on more familiarity with and development of economic transactions between Austria and Khorasan Razavi

Austrian ambassador to Iran traveled to Mashhad, visited Mashhad Chamber of Commerce and met the manager of Mashhad Chamber of Commerce International Strategic Supervision; they talked over Khorasan Razavi Province different potentials including production, industries, agriculture and theeaq area strategic position in doing business with the region countries.

According to Public Relations of Mashhad Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, Mohammad Reza Tavakolizadeh, a member of Board of Managers and the manager of Mashhad Chamber of Commerce International Strategic Supervision spoke and explained, “Khorasan Razavi has valuable potentials in investment and economic activities in different fields. Particularly Mashhad during recent years has been center of attention for many investors and hosted them. There are a wide range of economic activities in this province including production, industries, mines, tourism, services and agriculture, all of which have potentials for growth.”

Wolf Dietrich Heim, the Austrian ambassador to Tehran, hoped that economic relations between two countries improve and explained, “it is the first time I visited Mashhad, I really enjoyed visiting holy shrines, tourist attractions and talks to economic activists. Mashhad is a city of potentials and we are eager to get familiar with the city and the province potentials specifically in economy.”

Christopher Granmayer, Austrian Commerce Advisor, was also in this meeting and said, “I believe there are several common grounds and potentials between two countries. Also considerable potentials are available in supporting small and medium businesses/companies in industrial and agricultural activities, for many of which there can be future plans. I hope Mashhad Chamber of Commerce is an active business partner for Austria to have utmost economic transactions between two countries.”
